NFL in China

This past weekend we went to the NFL Interactive Theme Park.  I believe it tours all over and happened to stop here.  It's free and you get to do things like:  go out for a pass (they have a special machine that throws footballs - quite cool), run a 40 yd dash, punt a field goal, etc.  Quite interesting and makes me feel sheepish about yelling at the TV saying, "I can't believe he dropped that pass!"  Our little highlight was getting to meet Tony Dorsett . . .   The kids didn't really care for standing in line to see him and neither did Eva.  Not sure if you can see in the photo, but Eva took the up-close and personal opportunity to try to pilfer Tony's water bottle.

And my China-experience last week . . . getting money from an ATM that did not belong to my bank.  I was worried it wouldn't have English instructions.  It actually had English - the bad part was I didn't understand it.  It kept saying to 'dip my card . . .'  It took me several minutes before it occurred to me what "dip your card" meant . . . felt like a dork once I figured out they wanted me to insert the card and slide it back out immediately.

Love it! You guys all look fabulous! And I would have never thought that you would be getting Tony Dorsett's autograph in Shanghai! That's pretty funny.

Leanna said you were coming home for a visit at Christmas??

Oh, and loved the guy in his boxers on the treadmill. Can you imagine if someone did that in Austin?? OMG!

Yes - we're headed ur way in Jan! I wanna see your shirts! Still trying to think of what to put 'peace love and ??? (4 kids???)'...

Sammy says to be sure - I need to see if there is a fly in the front of the "boxers". I haven't been able to verify...kinda hard to see *that* direction.
